All purchases must be made through our official website (https://www.yuanyipearl.com). If you’d like to view items more closely, we can arrange a video consultation or notify you of future in-person events when available.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and other supported online payments. Please refer to our checkout page for full payment details.
Every product listing features high-quality photos and detailed specifications. As pearls are natural materials, each piece is unique and we cannot provide additional custom photos. The images shown represent the item you will receive, though minor variations in lighting or monitor display may occur.
Unfortunately, if a site-wide sale is already active, you typically cannot stack a separate promo code. We recommend choosing whichever offer gives you the greater discount, or saving your promo code for a future purchase.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment card. If your card has since been cancelled or replaced, the refund will be processed by your bank to your corresponding account.
We focus exclusively on new-made Yuanyi Pearl brand jewelry. We do not purchase pre-owned pearls or provide appraisal services for items not produced by us.
Pearls are naturally formed, thus each one has unique variations in luster, shape, texture and surface features. These differences add to their character and are not considered defects. What matters for quality are factors such as excellent luster, thick nacre (mother-of-pearl layer), good shape and clean surface.
Maintenance tips:
Pearls should be the last accessory you put on and the first you take off (after makeup, perfume, etc.).
Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, sweat, high heat, chlorine and abrasive surfaces.
After wearing, wipe them with a soft dry cloth and store in a dry soft pouch or jewelry box.
Avoid sleeping, swimming, or sports while wearing pearl jewelry.
If your item has an apparent quality issue (e.g., broken clasp, missing pearl, severe defect), please contact our customer service (noreply@yuanyipearl.com) within 48 hours of receipt and provide your order number plus photos/videos. We will review and offer an exchange or refund if applicable.
Yuanyi Pearl offers various length options and provides style suggestions in each product listing (e.g., choker, matinee, long strand, layered look). We recommend measuring your neck or wrist first and selecting based on your preferred fit. If unsure, feel free to ask our customer service team for advice.
Custom or engraved items are made-to-order based on your specific requirements (such as engraving, special pearl shapes or color combinations). Because they are non-standard and tailored, they are typically non-returnable (please check our Return & Refund Policy). Please confirm your requirements carefully before placing such an order.
Once your payment is confirmed, we generally dispatch within 1-3 business days for stock items. Custom or out-of-stock items may require additional time. Upon shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number. Delivery time depends on destination and shipping method.
If your order has not yet entered the manufacturing or dispatch phase, you may contact customer service promptly to request modifications (change in size, color, engraving). Once production has started or the item is shipped, changes cannot be accepted. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Genuine cultured pearls have the following characteristics:
A natural mirror-like luster and visible depth of nacre.
When gently touched to your teeth, you may feel subtle texture (unlike completely smooth imitation pearls).
Slight variations in shape or surface are normal.
Yuanyi Pearl provides quality assurance with each product, and you may request professional gem-lab verification if desired.
Yes. You may add a note in the order remarks such as “invoice required” or “gift-wrap please”. We provide standard brand gift-box packaging and can include a branded card. For special gift-box requests or additional packaging upgrades, please contact our customer service to confirm availability.
