(2) Non-Returnable Items

• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items;

• Items purchased outside of our official website (www.yuanyipearl.com) or authorized distributors;

• Returns requested for personal preference reasons such as color or size differences;

• Returns submitted beyond the 7-day return window.

(3) Quality-Related Returns

If your product arrives with clear quality issues (e.g., broken chain, missing pearls, or severe defects), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide:

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue;

• Your order number and proof of purchase.
  After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
